There are a number of reasons why you may not be receiving your emails; you may be “unsubscribed”, your email account may be rejecting Labour Party emails as “invalid” or “bounced”, or we may have the wrong address on file.
If you’re unsubscribed it means that you may have opted-out of receiving emails deliberately or accidentally or the system may have “unsubscribed” you.
If you’re not receiving your emails and want to receive them, you can change your communication preferences by following this link: https://labourorganise.com/communications – by following this you will then be sent an email containing a further link to a page that will allow you to manage your communication preferences.
If the reason is that your address is blocking, or discarding emails from our system as invalid or bounced then you’ll need to ensure that your email system recognises Labour Party emails as a safe/friendly source.
To solve this issue all you need to do is add our system to an “allow list”. By adding the Labour Party to an allow list it should also prevent your emails going to your SPAM or Junk folder (although it’s always a good idea to check those folders anyway).
